National Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of volunteering across the UK, which takes place from 3rd – 9th June.
Volunteers are the heart of Home-Start and the heart of local communities. It is their commitment, generosity and kindness that allow us to stand alongside families.
77% of families supported by Home-Start felt more comfortable getting support from a volunteer than a professional. Our trained volunteers change lives and we want to thank them for their amazing work this Volunteers Week.
