Dunelm Fundraising Weekend

A huge thank you to Kai, Francesca and all the staff at Dunelm in Huntingdon for supporting us over their Charity Weekend. Also, thank you our staff members, Beccy and Charlotte, and to our Volunteers, Jenny, Tiana and Ohsuk for making it a big success.  We will be participating in another weekend on 14th, 15th and 16th December at Dunelm in Cambridge.

Grantchester Village
Grantchester village recently held their annual Apple Pressing afternoon and had a cake stall in aid of Home-Start Cambridgeshire which raised £161.44. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

We were delighted to be presented with a cheque for £450 from the Cambridge Building Society/Cambridge News Cash for the Community token collection.Thank you so much to everyone who sent in nominations and collected tokens for our charity.

Networking at Tesco’s
We had successful days at Tesco’s raising £33.83 in Huntingdon and £144.67 in Ely.  This was a great opportunity for networking, raising awareness of the support we offer to families and publicising our upcoming Prep Courses.

Papworth Fete
Home-Start Cambridgeshire had a great day at Papworth Fete on 16th June 2018, raising £153. Thank you to our Volunteers, Carolyn and Leisha, for helping out on the day.

Fundraising Concert at Jesus College, Cambridge

We are delighted that a concert in aid of Home-Start Cambridgeshire was held at Jesus College, Cambridge, on Wednesday, 11th July 2018.  This was a very enjoyable evening and a total of £2,611 was raised to support our work.

Friends of Home-Start Cambridgeshire

As a Friend of Home-Start Cambridgeshire you would donate a set amount every month via direct debit. This donation is extremely helpful in providing regular income to the charity and would directly improve the lives of the families we support.
