How to support us

Making a regular donation

Jose was a teacher and after taking early retirement he joined Home-Start as an Enjoy and Achieve volunteer. He meets with a small group of parents and children at a local community hub and helps bring stories and books to life with the voices he uses and the activities he creates. The children just loved The Very Hungry Caterpillar story and making caterpillar fruit kebabs!

As your New Year’s Resolution please consider giving a regular donation of £10, £30, £50, or other amount, a month which will enable us to continue our service so that more children can discover the joy of reading and have the best start at school. To give a regular donation email office@homestartcambridgeshire.co.uk or phone 01480 700242 for a regular giving form.

Please give generously in our 30th anniversary year.

Leaving a gift in your will to Home-Start Cambridgeshire

Leaving a gift to charity in your will is a fantastic way for your generosity to last beyond your own lifetime to help the next generation. In certain circumstances it can also be tax efficient.

Choosing to leave a gift in your will to Home-Start Cambridgeshire will allow us to continue our important work to support and help families in Cambridgeshire. Whatever amount you decide to leave you will know that you will have helped us support families at a difficult time in their lives so that the children in those families are able to develop and thrive.

As a local charity we don’t have the resources to help you write your will or the right expertise to give advice. We recommend you speak to a solicitor when writing or updating your will. You will need to give the full name of the charity which is Home-Start Cambridgeshire and our charity number which is 1106007.

Thank you for considering us.
